  1. 3 cups nonfat dry milk powder

  2. 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

  3. 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

  4. 2/3 cup instant coffee crystals

  5. 1 t. salt

  6. 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate

  1. In bowl, stir together milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee crystals, and salt. Stir in chocolate. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Makes 15 servings. For each serving, put 1/3 cup of the mix in a mug. Add 1 cup boiling water, stirring until chocolate pieces melt. If desired, top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
