  2. 1/2 Recipe chocolate spritz*

  1. = *(see separate recipe) Prepare Butter Spritz and Chocolate Spritz dough according to recipes. Do not chill dough. Pack doughs side by side into cookie press. Force dough through press onto ungressed cookie sheet. Bake in a 375~F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or til edges of cookies are firm but not brown. Remove cookies and cool on wire racks. Makes about 84.
