  1. 6 Tb cocoa (melt in water)

  2. 6 Tb flour

  3. 4 egg yolks

  4. 1 cup sugar

  5. 1/ 1/2 cups milk

  6. lump butter

  7. 2 tsp vanilla

  1. Beat egg yolks. Add the sugar, flour, cocoa, milk, butter and vanilla, mixing well.

  2. Cook in double boiler on medium heat until thick stirring constantly making sure it doesn’t burn.

  3. Pour into already baked pie crusts and top with meringue and bake until meringue is browned.
