  1. -- MARINADE -- 1 Stalk of celery

  2. 1/2 ts Marjoram

  3. 1/2 ts Basil

  4. 1/2 ts Oregano

  5. 6 oz Tomato juice

  6. 1 Chopped onion

  7. BARBECUE SAUCE -- 1/4 ts Chili powder

  8. Slice of onion

  9. Slice of bacon

  10. 1/4 c Salt

  11. 1/4 c Vinegar

  12. 1 c Sugar

  13. 1 Chopped carrot

  1. Clean as much fat off ribs as you can.

  2. Marinate overnight.

  3. Dry pieces & roll in flour, fry until light brown.

  4. Remove from skillet & arrange in a large fry pan or skillet.

  5. Cover with barbecue sauce & bake until tender at 350 degrees.
