  1. 500 g Fresh-frozen or fresh fish -filets(say that 5 times, -fast)

  2. 1/4c Milk

  3. 1/4c Flour

  4. 2 tb Butter or margarine

  5. 1 ds O' salt and pepper

  6. 4 sl Mozzarella cheese (each cut -into 1-inch strips)

  7. 4 sl Ham

  1. + Directions : Thaw fillets if frozen. Dip fillets in n milk, the dredge in flour, coating well. In a large fry pan, melt butter; brown fish on both sides; season with salt and pepper. Top each fillet with a slice of ham; lay three pieces of Mozzarella diagonally across ham; top with parsley. COver pan and cook 7 - 10 minutes over medium heat or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately. Serves 4. Note: Use Canadian ocean perch, Boston bluefish, haddoock, North Atlantic cod or lake whitefish.
