  2. Turkey Slices with Green Peppercorn Sauce

  7. 1 1/4 lb Turkey breast,thinly sliced

  8. Salt

  9. Black pepper

  10. 2 tb Oil

  11. 2 tb Butter or margarine

  12. 1 c White wine,dry

  13. 3 Green onions,minced

  14. 1 tb Dijon mustard

  15. 1 tb Green peppercorns

  16. 1. Season turkey slices.

  17. 2. In large skillet, heat oil and butter; saute turkey 2 minutes on each side, then remove and keep warm.

  18. 3. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
