  1. Description: Hot Salsa

  2. Serving Size: large bowl for dipping

  3. Preparation Time: 1 hour

  4. Amount/Measure/Ingredient

  5. 3-14 oz cans or 3 lbs chopped fresh tomatoes

  6. 1 cup white vinegar

  7. 1 medium onion chopped

  8. 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

  9. 6 habanero chiles, dried and ground

  10. 6 cayenne chiles, dried and ground

  11. 6 jalapeno chiles, dried and ground

  12. salt to taste

  13. Place all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer one hour. **BEWARE OF CHILE DUST** Remove from heat and chill. Serve with chips or as condiment.
