  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Beef flank or round steak

  2. 1 cup 237ml Cool beef broth

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Corn oil

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Slivered orange peel

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry sherry

  7. 10 Minced garlic

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Orange marmalade

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground ginger

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Crushed dried red pepper

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Corn starch

  1. Recipe Instructions In Wok medium heat oil: Add meat 1/3 at a time. Stir fry 3 minutes or until browned. Return all beef to Wok. Add: peel, garlic and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute. Stir together: corn starch, beef broth, soy sauce, sherry, marmalade and pepper. Stir into beef. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Serve over rice.
