  1. 600 g 3 cloves

  2. 3 slices Chili

  3. 1/2 pc

  4. Double Deluxe Seasoned Soy Sauce

  5. 3 tbsp Cooking Wine

  6. 1 tbsp

  1. Blanch clams in boiling water. Drain.

  2. Saute garlic, ginger, red chili and green chili in 2 tbsp oil. Stir-fry clams for 1 minute. Add seasoning mix and stir-fry on high heat until done. [Discard those not opened].
