  1. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  2. 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  3. 6 cloves garlic, minced

  4. 3 tablespoons red wine

  5. 2 tomatoes, skinned and diced

  6. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  7. 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  8. 1/4 cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives

  9. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic and saut until shrimp start to turn pink. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Transfer skillet to oven and cook until shrimp are fully cooked, about 10 minutes
