  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Red new potatoes

  2. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Crab meat

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chives - minced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Olive oil

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Nonfat mayonnaise

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Nonfat yogurt

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Bake potatoes in a 350F oven until tender (30-45 min). Let cool. Cut into quarters. In a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Stir in potatoes. Place into a shallow baking dish. Broil 4 inches from heat until golden. Serve hot.
