  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crabmeat

  2. 2 Eggs - separated & beaten

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml White sauce

  4. 1 Parsley or green pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tabasco

  6. 1 Salt/pepper to taste

  1. Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce.

  2. Mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites. Bake in 375F oven until brown, about 20 minutes.
