  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - minced

  3. 1 Garlic - minced, clove

  4. 8 oz 227g Tomato

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1 Pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain most of bacon fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 minutes
