    1. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

    2. 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas

    3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    4. 3 eggs

    5. 2 1/3 cups Bisquick

    6. 1 cup sugar

    7. 1/2 cup chopped nuts

    1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat all ingredients together vigorously. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
