  7. 1/3 Cup All-purp flour or 2T cornsta

  8. 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

  9. 2 Ounces (1oz) sqs unsweeten chocolat

  10. 2 Cups Milk

  11. 3 Slightly beaten egg yolks

  12. 2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine

  13. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  14. 1 9inch baked pastry shell

  15. 1 Recipe meringue

  16. In Saucepan, combine sugar and salt. Chop up unsweetened chocolate and add with milk; gradually stir into dry mixture. Cook and stir over

  17. medium heat till mixture boils and thickens. Cook 2 minutes longer.

  18. Remove from heat. Stir small amounts hot mixture into yolks; return to

  19. 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla; cool to room temperature.
