  1. 100g can tuna in spring water, drained

  2. 2 teaspoons reduced fat mayonnaise

  3. 30g baby spinach leaves or lettuce

  4. 2 pieces wholemeal mountain bread (small size)

  5. carrot, grated

  6. Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced

  7. 80g reduced fat Australian cheddar cheese, cut into sticks

  1. Combine tuna and mayonnaise.

  2. Place spinach leaves down the centre of the length of the mountain bread. Top with tuna mix, carrot, cucumber and cheese sticks.

  3. Roll up firmly from the longer end and cut into slices. Alternatively, cut in half diagonally and wrap in a coloured napkin to serve.

  4. Variations:

  5. These can also be made without the tuna. Just spread the mayonnaise over the bread before topping with other filling ingredients.

  6. Grated beetroot is another great salad ingredient that adds extra flavour and texture to the wraps.
