  7. No stick vegetable spray

  8. 1/4 c Packed light brown sugar

  9. 2 tb Brown sugar

  10. 2 tb Karo light corn syrup

  11. 1 tb Lemon juice

  12. 7 ea Canned pineapple rings,

  13. -well drained

  14. 7 ea Maraschino cherries

  16. 1 c Flour

  17. 1/4 c ARGO Corn Starch

  18. 1 1/2 ts Baking powder

  19. 1/2 ts Salt

  20. 1 c Sugar

  21. 2/3 c Skin milk

  22. 2 Egg whites

  23. 1/3 c Karo light corn Syrup

  24. 1 t Vanilla

  25. 350øF. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. Add

  26. brown sugar, corn syrup and lemon juice; stir to combine. Place pan in

  27. oven for 3 minutes. Remove. Arrange pineapple rings and cherries in pan;

  28. set aside. In large bowl combine flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork, stir sugar and milk, 1

  29. minute. Add egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla; stir until blended.

  30. Gradually stir into flour mixture until smooth. Spoon batter over

  31. pineapple. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes

  32. out clean. Immediately loosen cake from pan; invert onto serving plate.
