  7. 1 6 oz pkg lemon gelatin powder

  8. 2 c boiling water

  9. 2 c miniature marshmallows

  10. 4 lg ripe bananas -- cut in

  11. 1/4 slices

  12. 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple

  13. 2 c cold water

  14. 1/2 c sugar

  15. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  16. 2 tbsp butter or margarine

  17. 1 c whipping cream

  18. 1/2 c chopped walnuts

  19. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in marshmallows

  20. until melted. Stir in bananas. Drain pinepple, reserving juice. Add

  21. pineapple and cold water to gelatin mixture; mix well. Pour into a

  22. 13x9x2-inch pan; chill until set. In a small saucepan, combine the

  23. sugar and flour. Gradually stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add

  24. butter; bring to a boil. Coook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the

  25. heat; cool to room temperature, about 35-40 minutes. Whip the cream;

  26. fold into pineapple juice mixture. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with

  27. nuts. Chill for 1-2 hours. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
