  1. 1 lb sugar snap peas, trimmed

  2. 1 box (10 oz) frozen petite green peas

  3. 2 Tbsp butter

  4. 1/4 tsp salt

  5. 1/8 tsp pepper

  6. 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint

  1. Bring a large skillet half full of lightly salted water to a boil. Add snap peas and green peas. Return to boil; boil 1 minute or until snap peas are crisp-tender. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain well.2. Melt butter in same skillet. Add snap peas, green peas, salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, until hot. Remove to serving bowl; sprinkle with mint if desired.Planning Tip: Can be prepared through Step 1 up to 1 day ahead. Refrigerate, covered.
