  2. 16 slices Corn starch

  3. 2 tbsp 1/4 tsp Sugar

  4. 1/2 tsp Corn starch

  5. 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar

  7. 1 tsp Corn starch

  8. 1 tsp Water

  9. 75 ml

  1. Use cutter to cut carrot into flower shape. Dust one side with corn starch. Mix marinade with mashed shrimp. Stuff carrot slices with shrimp paste. Put carrot slices on a serving plate and steam for 10 minutes. Drain off excess liquid and surround with cooked broccoli. Heat through sauce mix. Pour over carrot slices.
