    1. 1 ts Salt

    2. 1/2ts Garlic Powder

    3. 3 tb Vegetable Oil

    4. 12 oz Cola Flavored Carbonated Beverage

    5. 1/2ts Pepper

    6. 4 lb Bottom Round Roast

    7. 12 oz Chili Sauce

    8. 2 tb Hot Pepper Sauce

    9. 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce

    1. + Directions : Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, and garlic powder; rub over the surface of the roast. In a Dutch oven, heat the oil to hot and brown roast on both sides. Transfer roast to roasting pan. Combine all the remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
