  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Sea scallops

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Prawns - deveined

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Tilapia fillets Marinade

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Soy sauce

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Sherry

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sesame oil

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced garlic

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced peeled ginger

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Brown sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix soy, sherry, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, brown sugar and garlic in bowl or shallow pan. Add tilapia, prawns, and scallops, marinate for 2 hours. Remove seafood from marinade and sear 5 to 10 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade. Plate with ample servings, garnish with chopped scallion. This recipe yields 8 servings.
