  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. Tuvar dal 50 gms

  3. Channa dal 50gms.

  4. Moong Dal 50gms.

  5. Masoor dal 50gms

  6. urad dal 50 gms

  7. Turmeric Pd. 1 tsp.

  8. Salt

  9. For Masala

  10. 10-11 fry in

  11. 1 tsp. of oil

  12. Garlic 9-10 cloves

  13. For Tadkka

  14. Onions 1 medium size finely chopped

  15. Tej Patta 1-2

  16. Tomatoes 1

  17. Green Corriander Leaves finely chopped

  18. Oil

  19. DIRECTIONS:

  20. Soak all the dal together overnight

  21. Boil it in pressure cooker by adding water, turmeric pd. & salt for about 10-15 minutes in medium flame

  22. Make paste of red dried chilli and garlic by adding little water in the blender

  23. Once dal is done add the above mixture in it.

  24. For taddka, heat oil, tej patta & onions and fry till brown

  25. Now add tomato, green coriander and mix well with onion and add it to the dal.

  26. Garnish with green coriander, serve hot with any vegetable in the main meal
