  9. 2 medium Zucchini -- shredded

  10. 1 cup Mushrooms -- Chopped

  11. 1 small Onion -- chopped

  12. 1/2 cup Carrots -- Finely Chopped

  13. 2 tablespoons Butter

  14. 1 pinch Nutmeg

  15. 1 pound Ricotta Cheese

  16. 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese

  17. 1 Egg -- lightly beaten

  18. 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese -- grated

  19. 3 tablespoons Fresh Basil -- Chopped

  20. 1 package Jumbo Pasta Shells

  21. 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce **

  22. Salt and Pepper to taste

  23. 12oz package, shells for stuffing, cooked and drained. **

  24. 30oz jar Ragu

  26. Gardenstyle or use homemade Preheat oven to 350

  27. n a large skillet, saute broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, onion and carrots in

  28. butter until vegetables are tender. Season with nutmeg,

  29. salt and pepper. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella

  30. cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and basil. Add sauteed v

  31. 1 cup spaghetti sauce evenly in a

  32. 13x9 baking dish. Fix shells with vegetable-cheese mixture. Arr

  33. ange in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Bake covered, 45 mins.
