  1. 2 lbs ground turky or beef.(i have used buffalo)

  2. 1 large onion chopped

  3. 1/5 pkg ranch dressing

  4. 1/5 pkg taco seasoning mix.(or5oz of your own taco seasonong i make my owne).

  5. 1 can each,black beans,kidney beans,and pinto beans.

  6. 1 pkg muchrooms sliced.

  7. 1/2 lb bacon,cooked and crumbled.

  8. 1 can diced tomatoes w/chilies.

  9. 1 can stewed tomatoes.

  10. 1 can white corn

  11. 1/5 cups beef stock.(i have used 2 bottles of dark beer in place of beef stock). for garnish use sour cream,shredded chedder cheese,and green onions sliced. you will need

  12. 1 a10-12" skillet (i use cast iron).

  13. 2 a14" dutch oven

  1. in a skillet fry bacon till crisp.remove with a slotted spoon,crumble and set a side.brown turky or beef in the skillet. add onions cook for 4-5 min. drain fat-if any.add ranch dressing and taco seasoning to meat.stir well,to mix. add remaning ingredients,(undrained)and beef stock,and bacon.simmer for abought 2 hours. serve with tortilla chips,garnish w/sour cream,cheese,and or green onions.
