1 (3 1/2-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
5 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate pieces
1 cup small bear-shaped graham crackers - divided use

Prepare pudding as directed on package for pudding; blend in peanut butter. Layer pudding mixture, half of chocolate pieces and 3/4 cup of the crackers in five parfait glasses or dessert dishes, ending with pudding. Stand up remaining crackers in top layer of each parfait; sprinkle with remaining chocolate pieces.
