  1. 1 box extra firm tofu , drained

  2. 2 clove s, minced

  3. 2 C. sour cream

  4. 2 T. basil , chopped

  5. 1 32 oz. jar Prego sauce

  6. 1-2 lbs. grated mozzarella cheese

  7. fresh grated parmesan cheese

  8. paprika

  9. Chopped veggies of choice: spinach , mushrooms, red peppers, tomatoes, grated carrots, etc.

  10. 1 box uncooked lasagna noodles

  1. Drain tofu. Chop into bite size pieces. Mix into sourcream with chopped basil. Brown garlic & add into sour cream mixture. Layer uncooked noodles into pan bottom. Place half sourcream mixture onto noodles. Layer veggies onto sour cream mixture. Layer half of Prego sauce onto veggies. Next layer mozzarella cheese. Then make second layer like first layer. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and paprika onto top of mozzarella cheese.

  2. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
