  5. 1 pk Lemon cake mix (18 1/2oz)

  6. 1/2 c Sugar

  7. 3 Cinnamon sticks,

  8. 3 1 c Chilled whipping cream

  9. 1/2 c Unflavored yogurt

  10. 1 c Medium white wine

  11. 1/4 c Honey

  12. 3 Whole cloves

  13. 2 tb Honey

  14. Diced roasted almonds

  15. Bake cake in oblong baking pan, 13x9x2 inches, as directed on

  16. package. While cake is baking, heat wine, sugar, 1/4 cup honey, the cinnamon

  17. sticks and cloves to boiling in 1 1/2-quart saucepan, stirring

  18. constantly; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15

  19. minutes; cool.

  20. Cool cake 5 minutes. Cut into serving-size pieces. Remove cinnamon

  21. sticks and cloves from syrup. Pour syrup slowly over cake in pan;

  22. cool.

  23. Beat cream and 2 tablespoons honey in chilled small mixer bowl until

  24. stiff. Fold in yogurt. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve cake

  25. with yogurt topping. Garnish with almonds.
