  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Peppermint extract

  5. 3 Egg whites

  6. 2/3 cup 41g / 1.4oz All purpose flour

  7. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Baking cocoa

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking powder

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt Chocolate glaze

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Crushed hard peppermint candies

  11. 1 Vanilla fat free frozen yogurt Chocolate glaze

  12. 2/3 cup 131g / 4.6oz Powdered sugar

  13. 2 tablespoons 30ml Baking cocoa

  14. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Vanilla

  15. 3 teaspoons 15ml Hot water

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 350F. Spray square pan, 8x8x2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Mix sugar, margarine, vanilla, peppermint extract and egg whites in medium bowl. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Spread in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Prepare Chocolate Glaze; spread evenly over brownies. Sprinkle with candies. Cut into about 2 inch squares. Serve with frozen yogurt. Makes 16 brownies. Chocolate Glaze: Mix all ingredients until smooth and spreadable.
