  8. 1/2 tscinnamon

  10. 2 pk 8-ounce cream cheese, soften

  11. 1/2 c Sugar

  12. 2 ea Eggs

  13. 1/2 ts Vanilla

  14. --TOPPING--

  15. 4 c Thin peeled apple slices

  16. 1/3 c Sugar

  17. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

  18. 1/4 c Chopped pecans

  19. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  20. 3 Tbsp. sugar

  21. 1/4 cup margarine, melted

  22. BASE: Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine;

  23. press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at

  24. 350, 10 minutes.

  25. BODY: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at

  26. medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

  27. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust.

  28. TOPPING: Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese

  29. layer; sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350, 1

  30. hour and 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan;
