  1. 1 onion, chopped

  2. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  3. 2 tablespoons butter

  4. 1/3 cup sour cream

  5. 2 tablespoons honey mustard

  6. 1 egg

  7. 1/3 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  11. 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

  12. 1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef

  13. 1/2 pound sweet Italian pork sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and place in large bowl. Add sour cream, honey mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, thyme, and marjoram; mix well. Work in beef and pork sausage with your hands. Form into a loaf about 8" long on prepared broiler pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes until meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F. Cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes, then slice to serve.
