  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml White vinegar

  13. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  14. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano

  15. 1 teaspoon 5ml Basil

  16. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  17. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Thyme

  18. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Ditali pasta

  1. Recipe Instructions Brown beef in large saucepan; drain. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic; saute 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer 1 hour. About 50 minutes into simmer time, cook pasta for 10 minutes, or al dente; drain, then add to soup. Simmer 10 minutes longer.
