  1. 2 haddock fillets

  2. 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb

  3. 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine , melted

  4. 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

  5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder cayenne pepper

  1. Cut fish into serving-size pieces.

  2. Place in a greased 11x7x2" baking dish.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients.

  4. Sprinkle over fish.

  5. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
