  1. DIRECTIONS In large nonmetal pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, limeade concentrate and rum; mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Just before serving, stir in club soda and bitters. Serve over ice in glasses. If desired, garnish each serving with wedge of fresh pineapple and maraschino cherry.
