  7. 1/2 c Thinly sliced red onion

  8. 1/4 c Orange juice

  9. 2 tb Lime juice

  10. 1 tb Distilled white vinegar

  11. 2 ts Olive or vegetable oil

  12. 2 tb Minced parsley

  13. 2 tb NutraSweet Spoonful

  14. 1 tb Finely chopped shallot or -onion

  15. 1 tb Grated orange rind

  16. 1/8 ts Pepper

  17. Plain and simple, this is just about the freshest

  18. tasting salad you can make. And it's the easiest too.

  19. just cut up the vegetables and toss with citrus

  20. dressing.

  21. CUT JICAMA into thick julienne strips; combine jicama

  22. and red onion in serving bowl.

  23. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS in covered jar; shake to

  24. mix. Pour dressing over jicama and toss.
