  1. Ingredients 1 lb (450g) boneless steak, cut in thin strips 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce 1 tsp (5ml) sesame oil 2 tsp (10ml) curry paste 4 tbsp (60ml) sesame paste 3 tbsp (45ml) dry sherry 3 tbsp (45ml) vegetable oil

  1. Method : Combine steak with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes. Thread three to four slices on each satay stick. Leave 3/4 inch (2cm) at the pointed end of stick without meat. A thin strip of foil can be wound around the blunt end of each stick to decorate.
