  1. Description: Grilled corn gets a kick in this easy recipe with just a few ingredients. STEP 1: Mix the Smart Balance Buttery Spread and BBQ sauce in a small bowl until creamy and well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. STEP 2: Carefully pull back husks from the 4 ears of corn and remove all silk. STEP 3: Replace husks and soak corn in a bowl of water for 20 minutes. STEP 4: Heat grill to high and place corn, husks on, on grill. Grill for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until corn is tender when pierced with a fork. STEP 5: Remove corn from grill. Peel back husks and brush with BBQ spread. Season with salt and pepper.
