  1. 3 Boiled potatoes - sliced

  2. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Diced cooked fish

  3. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Cauliflower or mushrooms - sliced

  4. 2 Hard cooked eggs - sliced

  5. Salt and pepper

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml All-purpose flour

  7. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Bread crumbs

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parmesan cheese

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  1. Arrange half the potato slices, fish, cauliflower and eggs in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend flour into sour cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole.

  3. Add remaining potatoes, fish, cauliflower, and eggs.

  4. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over casserole.

  5. Bake 30 minutes at 350F
