  1. MANGO FRAPPE

  2. 1 1/2 cups chopped ripe mango

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 2 tablespoons sugar

  5. 1 tablespoon lime juice

  6. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 4 to 6 ice cubes

  8. Place chopped mango in freezer for 30 minutes. Combine mango,

  9. milk, sugar, juice, and vanilla in container of an electric blender;

  10. process until smooth. Add ice cubes; process until smooth. Serve

  11. immediately.

  12. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
