  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Plain yogurt

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Kraft Real Mayonnaise

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mustard

  4. 8 Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon - cooked, and Cut in half

  5. 2 English muffins - split, toasted

  6. 4 Tomato -

  7. 4 Poached or fried eggs

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook yogurt, mayo and mustard in small saucepan on low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 egg. Spoon warm yogurt mixture over eggs. Sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh parsley, if desired. This recipe yields 4 servings. Variation - Eggs Florentine: Place 2 tablespoons cooked steamed spinach on top of tomato before topping with egg and yogurt mixture.
