  5. 3 teaspoons whole mustard seed

  6. 3 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper

  7. 3 teaspoons garlic salt

  8. 11 teaspoons hickory smoke salt

  1. Mix all very well and cover. Refrigerate. Take out once a day for 3 days and mix well. On the 4th day form into rolls 12 to 14 inches long. Place on boiler rack and bake 9 hours at 175. Turn rolls over at half time. When cool--wrap and can be frozen.
