  1. 1/4 c Margarine; 

  2. 1 ts Vanilla;

  3. 1/2 c Mashed bananas; 

  4. 1 c Flour;

  5. 1/2 c Peanut butter; 

  6. 1/2 ts Baking soda;

  7. 1 Egg; 

  8. 1/4 ts Salt;

  9. 1/4 c Thawed frozen unsweetened 

  10. 1/2 c Salted peanuts; chopped

  11. -apple juice;concentrate -whole peanuts; opt.

  1. Preheat oven to 375* Beat butter in large bowl until creamy. Add banana and peanut butter; beat until smooth. Blend in egg, apple juice concentrate and vanilla. Beat in flour, soda and salt. Stir in chopped peanuts. Drop by tsp. on lightly greased cookie sheets; top each with a whole peanut. Bake 8 min. or until set. cool on rack and store in tightly covered container.
