  1. 1 1/2 c Cooked brown rice

  2. Fresh cooked shrimp

  3. 1/2 ts Oregano

  4. 1/2 ts Basil

  5. 2 Clove chopped garlic

  6. 1 1/2 c No salt tomato sauce

  7. cheese

  8. 3 c Park skim grated mozarrella

  9. substitute

  10. 2 Beaten egg white or 1 1/2 c Rolled cooked oat/groat

  1. : Mix together rice, oats and egg whites or substitute.

  2. : Add 1 c mozzarella cheese.

  3. Press into bottom of a 12- : inch pizza pan which has been coated with a vegetable : spray.

  4. BAke at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

  5. For add oat : bran intake, sprinkle mixture with 1/2 c oat bran.

  6. For : pizza sauce combine tomato sauce, garlic, basil and : oregano.

  7. Spread pizza with pizza sauce.

  8. Top with remaining : mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  9. Add shrimp or other : toppings of your choice.

  10. Cut into wedges or squares.

  11. Can : be served as a main course.
