  3. 1 cup chopped onion

  4. 3 large sweet red peppers

  5. 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped Prepared poppyseed dressing Paris honey dressing:

  6. 3/4 cup white vinegar

  7. 2/3 cup honey

  8. 1 scallion

  9. 2 teaspoons salt

  10. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  11. 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  12. 1 teaspoon celery salt

  13. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

  14. 1 teaspoon tarragon

  15. 1 cup peanut oil

  16. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  1. : In a large bowl, mix together spinach and onions. Place salad in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish or plastic container. Cut off tops and bottoms of peppers. Remove seeds. Cut peppers in half with a horizontal cut and remove membranes. Using a 2 inch or smaller star shaped cookie cutter, cut 5 stars from each pepper. Place pepper stars in rows of 3 down and 5 across. Place eggs in rows between the stars. Serve with Paris honey dressing. Paris honey dressing: Combine first 9 ingredients in blender and blend on high. While blending, add slowly 1 cup peanut oil in the middle. When mixed, pulse in 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.
