  1. 1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerated sugar slice-and-bake cookies

  2. 1 egg whites

  3. 1/2 c. sugar

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  5. 1 tsp. nutmeg

  1. Early in day: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets well. Cut cookie roll into 1 inch thick slices; cut each slice into quarters. With hands, shape each into small ball.

  2. In small bowl, with fork, beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water. In another small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Brush each ball with egg white mixture, then roll in sugar mixture.
