  1. 1 Refried beans - (16 oz)

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce Flour tortillas - (8" dia)

  3. 1 Red bell pepper - finely-chopped

  4. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Chopped cilantro or parsley

  5. 8 oz 227g Shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In medium bowl, combine refried beans and Tabasco sauce and mix well. Spread bean mixture on each tortilla to 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle with red bell pepper, cilantro, and shredded cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place tortillas on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are golden around edges. To serve, cut into wedges. This recipe yields 8 appetizer servings.
