  5. 2 pk (10 oz) frozen chopped 1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese

  6. Spinach or equivalent 1 md Onion, chopped

  7. Amount of fresh 2 tb Margarine

  8. 1 cn (10 1/2 oz) cream of

  9. 1 sm Can Durkee's French Fried

  10. Mushroom soup -Onion Rings

  11. Cook the spinach according to directions, drain well. Saute onion in

  12. margarine, add the soup and cream cheese. Heat under low heat until the

  13. cheese is melted. Mix together with the spinach. Turn into a greased

  14. 350 F for 30-35 minutes.

  15. Note: I substitute cooked mustard greens and can hardly tell the

  16. difference. In fact most people still think they are eating spinach.
