    1. 2 jalapenos ,seeded and chopped

    2. 1/2 small yellow onion ,chopped

    3. 1 lb white American cheese ,coarsely chopped

    4. 1/2 lb yellow American cheese ,coarsely chopped

    5. 1-1/2 c half and half

    6. 1 tsp ground cumin

    7. 1/2 tsp pepper

    8. 1 c shredded fresh spinach

    1. How to make it Combine first 7 ingredients in top of double boiler. Over med-high heat,bring water to boil in bottom of double boiler;reduce heat to med-low. Place top of double boiler over gently simmering water;upper pan should not touch water. Cook 25 to 30 mins,or till cheese is melted,stirring occasionally. Stir in spinach. Serve with tortilla chips.
