  1. 1/2 Basmati rice

  2. 50 Carrots - cut 50 French beans - cut 50 Cauliflower - cut 50 Peas

  3. 6 tablespoons 90ml Ghee

  4. 4 Cloves

  5. 4 Cardamoms

  6. 4 Cinnamon

  7. 4 Onions - sliced

  8. 1 Ginger - (1/2"), crushed

  9. 4 Flakes garlic - (to 6), crushed

  10. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Chile powder

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Turmeric powder

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Coriander leaves - chopped

  13. 6 Green chiles Salt - to taste

  14. 4 Glasses water

  1. Recipe Instructions In a pressure cooker heat the ghee, then add the cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, sliced onions and fry for some time. Add crushed ginger and garlic. Add the rice and fry for some time. Then add all the vegetables, chile powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, green chiles, salt and water. Close the cooker and cook for 5 minutes under pressure. Remove from fire and serve hot.
