  1. Mix salmon fillet with marinade. Stir in water chestnuts.

  2. Wrap salmon fillet with spring roll wrappers to form spring rolls. Seal with flour paste.

  3. Deep-fry spring rolls in hot oil until golden yellow and crisp.
